Refund Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date accompanied by receipt or transaction order number for a refund.
Sewing Machine returns must be within 3 days of purchase and must have all original accessories included. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned machines that meet these requirements.
Special Orders
Special orders require payment in full at the time of order. All sales are final on special orders.
Class Cancellation Policy
You must pre-register and prepay for all classes to reserve your space. If you wish to bring someone to class with you they must also be pre-registered and prepaid.
Registration can be done online, in person or by phone.
Please contact Jackie’s Quilt Shop at least 5 (five) days prior to the start of a class to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued for nonattendance.
In the event a class is cancelled by Jackie’s Quilt Shop all registered clients will be contacted by phone and/or email and a full refund will be issued.
Pricing on Web
Jackie's Quilt Shop is not responsible for any typographical errors related to a product price and reserves the right to change a products price at anytime.
Sewing Machines
Sewing machines are not for commercial use unless clearly stated on the warranty policy. Please refer to the Husqvarna VIKING/SINGER Limited Warranty for all terms and conditions.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
https://jackiesquiltshoppe.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
