To make 4 placemats- Fusible Fleece 7/8 yard, Backing fabric 7/8 yard, Essex linen 7/8 yard, fabric for center panels and petals 1/2 yard, fabric for end panels and petals 3/8 yard, 2 additional coordinating fabrics for petals 1/8 yard of each, 1/4 yard green fabric for leaves and flange, cotton or polyester thread for construction. **For Embroidery-coordinating rayon thread for petals and leaves, stabilizer -Whisper Web Mesh. Hoop size- 360mm x 200 mm to embroidery 3 tulips at one time. Walking foot or IDT/IDF system. Basic embroidery and sewing supplies. ***For sewing-coordinating cotton or polyester thread for petals and leaves, fusible applique paper 1/4 yard, open toe foot for applique. Zigzag or blanket stitch on machine. Walking foot or IDT/IDF system. Basic sewing supplies.
