Learn the process of quilt making including fabric selection, use of tools, seam and block construction, quilting and binding. With the extra blocks make an additional side table runner to further practice the skills you have learned.

Sewing machine in working order. Basic sewing supplies and quilting supplies. Bring any supplies you own but please wait for class instruction to purchase any additional quilting tools to prevent you from purchasing unnecessary items. Fabric can be purchased at our shop on the first day of class. You will need 1/8 yard of 8 coordinating fabrics, 3/8 yard of border fabric, 1/2 yard of binding fabric, 1 2/3 yard of backing fabric and crib sized batting. A walking foot or IDT system will be needed to quilt your table runner unless you decide to have us longarm it.
